Zillow just ranked Richmond the 5th hottest housing market in the country for 2025 — and I’m not surprised! Check out the article by Channel 8. Their latest analysis looked at the top 50 metro areas nationwide, comparing things like buyer competition, time on market, and how likely sellers are to offer price concessions.

Richmond landed just behind Boston, Providence, Hartford, and Buffalo (which took the top spot), putting us ahead of dozens of other major cities. What’s driving it? Strong demand, limited inventory, and homes that are still moving quickly with no thought to interest rates.
